A note from the Founder

Hey, I'm Morgan!  I run Melia Strategy, a fractional sales consultancy, out of Honolulu. I built Referral Reef because I kept running into the same problem every fractional exec and consultant I know runs into: we all refer each other work constantly, informally, for free, and there's no system that tracks it, protects it, or pays us for it.
